We are looking for a Pension Administrator that has previous experience of working within Defined Benefits (DB) pensions environment to join our team.
As a Pensions Administrator you will ensure all members needs are met by providing a courteous, friendly, efficient and compliant service, putting our members at the heart of everything you do.
Working within a dedicated team of administrators, you will ensure Service Level Agreements are met by processing manual calculations, bereavements, retirements and divorces, alongside other general queries.
We are looking for individuals that have proven Pension Administration experience from within a Defined Benefit (DB) scheme setting, ideally you will hold a Retirement Provisions Certificate, a Diploma or Certificate in Pension Administration but this isnot essential. We welcome individuals with a high level of customer focus with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Additionally, we are looking for applicants that have good organisational and time management skills,with the ability to work well under pressure.

Our Croydon office is just across the road from East Croydon station, which is around 15 minutes from Victoria or London Bridge, 10 minutes from Clapham Junction or half an hour from St Pancras.
