We are looking for a dedicated Pension Administrator to join our Member Services team.

In this role, you will provide exceptional pension administration services to our members, ensuring that every interaction is courteous, empathetic, and compliant with all policies and standards. You'll manage both complex and non-complex cases, following defined processes and making delegated decisions where appropriate. Accuracy and timeliness are key, as you'll review your own work and support colleagues to meet Service Level Agreements, while providing regular updates to the Member Services Team Leader.

You'll also handle telephone queries transferred from the Contact Centre, communicate clearly and professionally, and translate technical information into plain language. Adhering to all legislative and internal policies, you'll identify when members need additional services and ensure smooth handovers to the right teams. Where issues arise, you'll escalate them promptly to prevent risk or service breaches, always maintaining a courteous and empathetic approach.

Our ideal applicant will have proven experience in pension administration and a strong track record of delivering outstanding customer service. Your written communication will be clear, concise, and customer-focused, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into simple, non-technical language. You'll be highly organised, able to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional accuracy, and demonstrate strong planning skills. A collaborative team player, you will bring professionalism and empathy to every interaction, ensuring members receive the highest standard of service.
