**About us:**

We are a multi-discipline contractor, specialising in full-service highway and public space maintenance, improvement and construction; delivering services to London Boroughs, Local Authorities and the supply chain. Our core services include road surfacing,reactive maintenance, highway maintenance, highway engineering, surface treatments, winter maintenance, bridge installation, structure maintenance, cliff stabilisation, gully cleansing, traffic management, street lighting, emergency call outs, road marking,and urban redevelopment.

**The job:**

This is an exciting position reporting to the Head of Performance, based in our Chelmsford office. This role will be working across our Contracts in collaboration with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders you will ensure the timely productionof management information and reports to allow informed business decisions to be made and improve performance.

Duties to include;
- Lead on the production of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting across our contracts ensuring reporting timescales are achieved and the reports produced are of a high quality that can be presented to senior stakeholders
- Working collaboratively with internal delivery teams to ensure that monthly KPI data is produced and submitted to our clients
- To review the existing KPIs across our Contracts to ensure the consistency of data capture and reporting
- Support the delivery teams in improving operational performance by undertaking data analysis, implementing performance improvement plans where appropriate and creating processes to support the effective delivery of our services
- Assist with development and implementation of a suite of internal management indicators to allow timely and informed business decisions to be made
- Responsible for the monitoring and reporting of bid promises, ensuring that supporting evidence is collected and presented to our clients for formal sign off
- Be an active member of the business improvement working group, supporting the development of business cases and case studies where required
- Attend client meetings where necessary, ensuring the continued development of relationships and client satisfaction through improved business performance
- Undertake internal audits of performance data to ensure the validity of information prior to it being reported

Working in Chelmsford, but travel to business locations as and when required.

- Able to drive continual improvement and manage change
- Can effectively plan prioritise and manage challenging deadlines
- An excellent communicator, who is able to negotiate and engage with a variety of stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills and confident in articulating information to stakeholders through business improvement working groups
- Great eye for detail, organised and able to produce reports in clear and timely manner
