- The team works across a range of sectors and act for clients from early stage start-ups through to substantial private companies and PLCs, nationally and internationally.
- As a team, and a firm, they pride themselves on outstanding client service and the delivery of commercial and cost-effective advice.
- The firm is looking for a talented Corporate Lawyer with at least 5 years’ PQE gained within another national or City law firm and have a proven track record in the full range of corporate transactions.
- As a more senior member of the team, you will be given the autonomy to lead on client work and supervise junior members with your deal teams.
- You will be an ambitious lawyer who excels in corporate and M&A law and enjoy working on complex transactions with clients across a range of diverse sectors.
- You will enjoy working as part of a great team and have access to regular training and technical updates from the firm’s dedicated corporate PSL.
- The firm prides itself on creating a supportive working environment, providing flexible working options and ensuring the highest quality of balance and well-being possible for all levels of its lawyers and support staff.
