**The Role**:
As a corporate solicitor within this fantastic team in Leeds, you will manage a caseload of a wide variety of matters including:
Mergers & Acquisitions
Joint Ventures
Equity Capital Markets
Private Equity
Restructuring
Reorganisations
You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners in the team supporting them on complex corporate matters, as well as managing your own high-quality caseload with some supervision.
You can expect to work within a variety of exciting sectors such as technology, logistics, financial services, retail and life sciences.
To be considered for this corporate opportunity in Leeds, you will be NQ-3 years' PQE.
Have gained fantastic experience within a well-regarded corporate team regionally or nationally.
Be very commercially aware and be committed to hard work and motivated to be successful within this team.
