Duties Include:

- Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions and work closely with the contract manager.
- Manage the production of an operator performance table, ensuring the operator account manager has the required information to measure performance.
- Create cost analysis reports and monthly reports.
- Follow up invoice queries with clients, suppliers as needed.
- Provide administrative support during budget preparation.
- Participate and support audits.
- Support the day-to-day operation and be flexible to support with the needs of the business if required.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
- Organised and exemplary time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to details i.e. spotting numerical errors.
- Geographical knowledge of the United Kingdom and specific knowledge of Welsh Rail Network is advantageous.
- Flexibility to travel across the UK to visit customers and suppliers as required, often at short notice.
- Enjoys working in a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and can deliver under tight deadlines.
