**Salary**: £9.50 Per Hour

Location: DWP, 29-31 Chapel Street, Llandudno, Conwy, Wales, LL30 2SY

In your role as a Grounds Maintenance Operative, your main duties will include Grass cutting, hedge cutting, border maintenance, gritting, leaf clearance, litter picking, and clearance as required. You will also provide management with relevant information and reporting as required, including reporting any site issues. You may be required to drive company vehicles, ensuring they are kept in full tact and any maintenance issues are reported in a prompt manner. You will provide swift solutions for any requests, complaints or queries - reporting them to the correct department or escalating if need be.
