**The role**:
The Office Co-ordinator supports the business owners and employees. You will act as the first point of contact for all office-based tasks within the company, ensuring its smooth and efficient running, maintaining and managing client documents and financial administration.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Coordinate the onboarding, administration and maintenance of client records, including registering at Companies House
- Liaising with HMRC on the client’s behalf.
- Coordination of Confirmation Statements to deadline.
- Preparing client invoices and coordinating financial administration.
- Assist in the diary management of the Director, including scheduling meetings.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate team training records.
- Manage all post in and out.
- Maintaining all office supplies.
- Maintaining accurate document systems, including all filing and scanning.
- Responsible for meeting room set-ups as required.
- Taking notes, typing up notes, delegating tasks to correct person.
- Any other general office duties as required.
- Ad hoc projects as required.
- Must be organised, able to prioritise and have a high level of attention to detail
- Skilled in use of MS Office and software packages
- Significant previous office-based experience
- Experience of managing financial administration desirable but not essential as full training will be given
What we offer:
- Salary of £22,300- 24,000 (FTE)
- 28 days holiday including public holidays (FTE)
