**European Logistics Operations Manager - Industry Leading Consumer Goods - €70,000 - €80,000 + Bonus + Car + Exceptional Benefits - Hybrid**

This global consumer goods manufacturing business is looking to completely review its 3PL partner strategy, logistics processesand move towards a customer-centric and innovation-focused operation across Europe

This is an incredible opportunity to lead a seismic change, where you will have regional responsibility across Benelux and France, leading a small team. They are looking for a logistics leader to hold accountability for the region's performance, develop3PL logistics partners, manage in house warehouse operations and build strong customer relationships. As well as reviewing the overall operating model identifying opportunities and implementing solutions.

**_What will the role entail?_**
- Leading the operational ownership of the entire logistics and warehousing for this region building a robust, profitable and superior service level operation
- Responsible for building exceptional partnerships with 3PL hauliers, driving sustainable service and cost reduction initiatives
- Completing a thorough review of opportunities and risk. Working closely with Customers, Internal teams, 3PLs and inhouse warehouse operations to create market leading solutions
- Working closely with the accounts teams to build strong relationships with customers, driving collaborative relationships as well as cost to serve and service level improvement initiatives
- Analysing and developing a complex distribution model; understanding supplier and customers needs and optimising approach, improving processes across people, processes and systems

**_Key skills and experience required?_**
- Excellent European Logistics Experience with a strong bias for Transport. Ideally within 3PL, FMCG, Food, Manufacturing, Hygiene OR Pharmaceutical.
- Deep operational understanding across warehouse and distribution with a track record of developing haulier and customer partnership
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets across international regions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead and influence at all levels
- A collaborative, innovative & curious leader able to solve complex problems
- Strong European language skills; French, Dutch and English
