**Lettings Negotiator - Darlington - Up to £23,000 plus commission**

We are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join one of the leading Estate Agents in North Yorkshire and County Durham

**What you will be doing**
- Dealing with new business enquiries from Landlords and tenant
- Booking and carrying out viewings
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors in regard to any maintenance issues
- Making sure all rental accounts are up to date and chasing any late payments
- Carrying out inventories and completing them on our inventory software
- Drawing up all legal paperwork ready for check in, including tenancy agreements
- Organising and carrying out inspections
- Dealing with all legal aspects of the letting environment including serving notices and rent increases liaising with utility providers

**What you will have**
- Knowledge of the full lettings process from enquiry to move in, property management and ongoing maintenance
- You will have a strong knowledge of the industry, a clear passion for property and a good knowledge of the local area
- Must have a driving licence and own car
