Money Advice Assistant

**Permanent, Full-Time (37 hours per week)**

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. You’ll be part of a busy, friendly team where every day you make a real difference, helping customers navigate the ever-changing benefits system as a Money Advice Assistant.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Helping customers claim the support they’re entitled to for housing costs and understand their payment commitments.
- Giving basic money advice and guidance on benefits.
- Working closely with the Lettings team during sign-ups, focusing on financial wellbeing.
- Handling calls and managing cases using IT systems.
- Delivering accurate, customer-focused service that helps sustain tenancies.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Ideally, knowledge of Universal Credit and the benefits system.
- Strong IT skills
- Confident telephone communication and excellent customer service.
- Ability to prioritise and stay calm under pressure in a busy team.
- Experience managing a demanding workload and meeting deadlines.
