**About you**:

- Have experience teaching KS4
- Have a background in education (does not have to be in a school)
- A proven history of raising pupil progress
- A real desire to make a difference to the students you work with
- The ability to build strong rapport with young adults
- A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status.
- The ability to teach to GCSE standard.
- Experience of sustained delivery of outstanding attainment and achievement.
- Experience of innovation and creativity to engage, enthuse and progress learners.???????
