Lead the Drama department and inspire students across all key stages.
Empowering Learning are recruiting a Head of Drama for a secondary school in Havering. This leadership role involves managing the Drama department, delivering high-quality Drama lessons across KS3-KS5, and driving pupil progression through an engaging and creative curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Drama department, including curriculum planning, staff support, and student development
Teach Drama across KS3-KS5, fostering performance, practical skills, and theory
Apply strong behaviour management and maintain organised classrooms
Support interventions, enrichment, and extra-curricular Drama activities
Monitor student progress, outcomes, and departmental performance
