We are looking for a **Support Services Officer**who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.
- This is a fixed term contract until 30/06/26._

**As the Support Services Officer your key responsibilities are**
- Administration of company vehicles for BUUK, including accidents, repairs, fees, MOTs and services
- Process new vehicle orders and assist in keeping all vehicles compliant with legal and statutory requirements
- Oversee and maintain the transport database
- Raise Purchase invoices and work with the finance department to ensure processing of payments
- Support the Business Intelligence administration for the business

**About you**
- Ability to work rotating shifts of 08:00 - 16:30 and 08:30 - 17:00
- Computer literate
- An eagerness to learn
- Excellent communication and team working skills
- Proactive approach with a high attention to detail
