**The Role**:

- Maintain contact with existing clients.
- Encouraging agreement to carry out a review of services.
- Identify areas where additional services or changes to existing services could benefit the client.
- Carrying out marketing campaigns within the client base.
- Updating the CRM system
- Generating and qualifying leads

**To be considered for the role you will**:
a. Have experience in business development / telephone sales/ customer service.

b. Be hard working, task driven and target orientated.

c. Have a genuine passion and desire to prove yourself in a customer service environment.

d. Possess an ability to get your message across clearly and persuasively on the telephone.

e. You must be truly comfortable working with the telephone & be accustomed to working within a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
