**Overview Of BNY Mellon**:
**Responsibilities**:
Working within a global team environment, providing delivery of strategic Wellbeing objectives, focussing on the EMEA region.
- Project management - focused on delivery of complex and/or cross-regional initiatives
- Manage local vendor relationships (including onsite services, familycare, occupational health, fitness, employee assistance program)
- Vendor relationship and program oversight of one key aspect of global program
- Collaborate with local businesses, Wellbeing Champions, regional HR, local E/BRG chapters and other key stakeholders to elevate wellbeing awareness, and drive engagement
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to deliver wellbeing aspects of regional capital projects
- Drive quarterly calendar of programs / events
**Requirements:
- Strong organisation skills
- Vendor management experience
- Budget management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in writing marketing content
- Ability to work under pressure, with multiple stakeholders and to tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Team player
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues, requiring tact and diplomacy
- Confident, assertive but approachable and positive
- Strong sense of personal wellbeing
- Passion for integration to corporate culture
