To be successful for the Associate Recruitment Consultant role, you'll be a highly driven and ambitious individual. You'll have experience building relationships and working to targets, ideally within a sales or recruitment environment.
Be creative and have an entrepreneurial mindset
As the successful Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for the end to end recruitment process. You'll build and maintain a network of clients and place candidates in mid to senior level roles within a specialist engineering market.
Qualify and screen candidates over the phone and through video
