Medical Receptionist

NORK CLINIC SURGERY, BANSTEAD ,SURREY (SM7 1HL)

Part Time Medical Receptionist & Admin role (14 hours per week - 3 days a week ).

Reception hours - 10hours

Admin Amin hours - 4hrs

Hourly rate: £11.50p/h (depending on experience)

You should also have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment. Previous experience working in General Practice is essential.

The Practice uses EMIS web as their clinical system and uses ACCRUX to receive Website requests online from patients.

A flexible approach to working is essential to provide annual leave & sickness cover for colleagues.

Working hours (14 hours per week plus required cover for annual leave )

Wednesday 2.00-7.00pm (5.0hrs) - Reception

Thursday 9.00am
- 1pm (4.0hrs)
- Admin to cover Docman workflow & QOF

Friday 8am
- 1pm (5.0 hrs) - Reception

Staff are expected to arrive at least 10 mins before any shift
