Parker Smith Inclusion are working with a fantastic SEND school based in Mitcham, who specialise in supporting students with Autistic Spectrum Condition, SEMH, and related needs. The school is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to work closely with SEN children. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will help pave the pathways for the children’s futures and ensure they are receiving the best level of support to become confident and independent learners, as well as preparing them for progression into further education or employment.

- The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant can adjust to and overcome challenges whilst following appropriate protocol.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mitcham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Special education: 1 year (preferred)
