Person Specification
This SEN Teaching Assistant role requires a nurturing graduate who has a good understanding of how to work with children based upon experience gained from a similar background working with vulnerable children. Possessing a calm. caring and inquisitive disposition,the ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will be able to teach in a manner that helps students they work with to feel comfortable within their surroundings and therefore engage with their work. The chosen SEN Teaching Assistant should also have an encouraging personalitywhich will enable them to build positive relationships between you and your pupils.

About the Role - SEN Teaching Assistant
