SF Recruitment are currently looking for a HR Advisor on a 3 month fixed term contract. There is a chance this role could become permanent.
- A generalist role within the HR team providing advise and guidance across the business
- You will provide professional HR advice and operational support, including coaching and guiding managers on all people issues.
- The key areas of focus are: Resourcing and onboarding, Employee Relations case work, Employee Wellbeing, high performance and capability management.
- Ownership and resolution of ER caseload assigned with support from the wider HR team, including redundancy consultations, TUPE, Work Performance and Capability, Long Term Absence, Discipline & Grievance, Business Change including redundancy.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures
- Analysis of workforce data
- End to end recruitment process, from advert, to placement

**Requirements**:

- CIPD qualified to level 5 or above
- Previous experience of working as a HR generalist
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Self motivates
- Forward thinking with a creative approach
