We're currently recruiting for a HR Adviser role for a global distribution organisation.
This HR Adviser role will have ownership of case management, be given the autonomy and guidance to step up and represent HR in management meetings, and Union meetings.
Have full sight of the entire employee journey from Recruitment, Inductions, ER training and development while also working with the HR Manager on future projects focusing on engagement and retention.
This is a single site role working within a team of 3, but part of larger UK team who support their own sites. The Head of HR is not one to sit still and is always looking at how they can support the business better from the people agenda. Without being cheesy they are very people centric, and fully get from top-down that good talent need to be engaged developed and retained.
Their recruitment process is swift and informal, and they understand that they’re being selected just as much as you. Salary is c£35k. Other benefits worth mentioning: healthcare, a very generous pension and a bonus scheme.
The role is a 12 month FTC.
