We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, experienced individuals to join our Front of House team at **The Blue Lion**

**What We’re Looking For**
- At least **1 year’s experience** working in a restaurant with table service
- Confidence in **greeting guests** and **taking orders**:

- A genuine passion for **great hospitality** and **customer service**

As a busy pub and restaurant, we’re always looking to build a strong, supportive team of people who love what they do. We’re also recruiting for **extra team members over the festive season** - our busiest (and most exciting) time of year.
You must be available to work **key dates throughout December**.

You’re friendly, positive, and full of energy. You enjoy meeting people, making guests feel welcome, and delivering the kind of service that keeps them coming back.
Our Front of House team does more than just serve - they create experiences, build connections with regulars, and bring personality and fun to every shift.

**The Role**
- Managing bookings and looking after guests throughout their visit
- Following direction from the management team
- Serving food and drinks, both in the restaurant and on the bar
- Taking orders using handheld tablets/tills
- Supporting your team and maintaining our high standards

**Skills & Experience**
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in hospitality and restaurant service
- Knowledge of basic food safety practices
- Bartending or barista experience is a plus
- Catering background beneficial
