**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a member of our bar staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests while creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve beverages, ensuring that every customer has an enjoyable experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Engage with customers, taking orders efficiently and providing recommendations when needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Assist in restocking supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to enhance the overall guest experience.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in bartending or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
- Strong hospitality skills, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing payments effectively.
- Effective time management abilities to handle busy shifts efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is an advantage.
- A friendly demeanour with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
