**As a Shift Leader you’ll**:Be part of an environment that is busy, varied, fast paced but fun You’ll also be responsible for
- Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
- Inspiring and motivating your team on every shift
- Be passionate about doing the right thing for your colleagues and your guests
- Be accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away

- Be accountable as a management team for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the General Manager is away.
- Be inquisitive and drive your development as you work towards the Assistant Manager role.

**The Opportunity**
- Due to the nature of the role, you will need to have at least 1 years experience in a similar role, be over 18 and wanting to progress._

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.50-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 16 per week
