**What we’re looking for...**

FUNKIN Cocktails are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to report to the Operations Manager and assist in all aspects of Supply Chain, with a key focus on working with our key on trade customers & driving efficiencies through the operation. Previous experience of working closely with Finance would be beneficial too.

**Your responsibilities will include...**
- Receiving and processing daily orders from key high value on trade customers
- Managing the day to day relationships with the supply chain contacts of all key trade customers
- Managing and resolving issues that arise during the delivery of these orders
- Liaising with our third-party warehouse and various logistics providers to ensure excellent levels of service
- Working closely with the Sales Team to keep them updated on stock levels and availability for key SKU’s
- Reviewing order patterns and profiles to drive order efficiency within our customer base
- Take responsibility for key SLA reporting to manage OTIF levels across the whole customer base
- Assisting & supporting the rest of the Operations team where required

**Requirements**:

- Experience of working in a FMCG operation
- Strong understanding of how a 3PL based distribution network runs
- Very process driven - able to follow and develop key business processes to ensure audit compliance
- Able to confidently deal with contractors and customers
- A team player who can work quickly and accurately under pressure, with a keen attention to detail
- Highly organised with strong prioritisation and time management skills
- Pro-active & dynamic with the ability to use their own initiative to suggest ways to improve upon existing methods
- Knowledge of G Suite for business - including Drive, Sheets and Docs would be advantageous
- Knowledge of the Tropos/Epicor ERP system would be extremely advantageous
- Excellent oral, written & interpersonal communication skills
