We are recruiting for Support Workers offering full time, permanent contracts
- 37 hours per week based in Thanet CT9. Paying £11.15 p/h
**Working on a rota basis including days, nights, sleep ins waking nights, weekdays and weekends. Must be able to work all shifts.**
You’ll be working in one of our Supported Living facilites in Thanet. Adults with Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviour.

**Person Specification of a Support Worker Thanet**:
- 6 months experience is **Essential**:
- Flexibility is **Essential** Must be fully flexible to work **ALL** shifts including days, nights, sleep ins, waking nights and weekends
- Be mature minded and be able to forward plan
- Able to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills
- Be patient and understanding
- Be able to work strategically
**Responsibilities of a Support Worker Thanet include**:
- Assisting with all aspects of personal care including bathing, showering and incontinence care
- Assisting with moving and handling using the aid of hoists, wheelchairs and slide sheets
- Supporting service users to maintain an active activities schedule including accessing the community and home based
- Food preparation
- Domestic duties
- Administering medication
- Completing literate and comprehensive daily notes
**Salary**: £11.15 per hour
