Superior Healthcare is urgently seeking experienced Support Workers who are keen to choose their own work schedule, to join our team

When working as a Support Worker for Superior Healthcare, you will have the choice of working in more than 100 care settings including supported living houses and learning disability placements as well as the option of working in nursing and residential care homes in **Thanet** **and within a short distance of your home.

As a member of our team, you will be in a position to select from a vast number of early, late and long day shifts as well as waking and sleeping nights (enhanced rates of pay are paid for night and weekend shifts and you will receive at least £9.50 per hour when completing sleeping night shifts). **We currently have opportunities for more than 80 people to join our team**
- Choice of day, night and weekend shifts.
- Shifts of 6-12 hours.
- Flex your work around your personal commitments.

Superior Healthcare will provide a comprehensive induction when you join us and ongoing training opportunities throughout your employment. You will be offered the opportunity of a fully-funded NVQ/Diploma to support you on your way to becoming a Senior Carer.

**Requirements**:

- To comply with our duty of care, we require our employees to have had both doses of the COVID vaccine and we will ask for proof of vaccination during the recruitment process. Vaccination will be a condition of employment unless an exemption applies.
- You must have previous experience of working as a carer or support worker.
- You must be able to commit at least three shifts per week.
- Access to your own car would be preferable but may not be essential if you have good access to and are willing to use alternative transport.
