**HR Assistant - UK & EMEA**

**Role overview**:
The role purpose is to provide HR administration support with processes and procedures to underpin an effective site HR function. In addition, the role will include supporting managers with employee issues and undertaking activities and projects as determined by the HRBP, UK & EMEA.

***Responsibilities**:

- Maintain various HR databases
- Support ePS resourcing activities, including the recruitment administration process, supporting HR with offer letter documentation and onboarding, along with supporting Talent Acquisition with new recruitment initiatives and administration
- Provide basic information, guidance and advice to managers and employees on HR policies and processes
- Support with employee meetings such as grievance and disciplinary
- Provide the first level of support for HR queries including payroll, holidays etc
- Generate HR reports and analysis on a timely and accurate basis eg: absence levels, headcount reports, holidays, etc
- Develop HR systems and processes to improve accuracy and timeliness
- Undertake HR projects and other activities to support ePS and the HR team

***Skills & experience**:

- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures obtained through experience or HR qualification
- Evidence of being able to develop effective working relations at all levels
- Data literate and able to produce and analyse data accurately
- Evidence of strong planning and organising abilities
- An ability to demonstrate the Company Values of Integrity, Quality, Commitment and Collaboration
- Excellent communication skills
- German language is preferential but not required
