**Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to join our small team. You will be responsible for managing our online sales platforms, packing daily orders beautifully, receiving and putting away delivery, managing inventory and locations, replying to customers and working with the E-commerce Manager to initiate projects to develop the online channel. This role requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and strong organisational abilities and ability to juggle varying tasks on a day to day basis.

Some tasks will be less glamorous so an ability to move between work segments is necessary. The role will lead to more advanced online web management, customer experience design and operational excellence. We are looking for someone with the right attributes and enthusiasm, rather than necessarily experience. We are small team atm so attitude and work ethic are important to us.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms, including product listings, inventory management
- Order fulfilment: pack daily orders and deal with collection delivery partners
- Monitor outbound dispatches and deal with any issues
- Inventory control: perform stock counts and checks, identifying anomalies on systems
- Stock transfers: monitor needs of our physical store and prepare stock transfer
- Goods in: check in & put away deliveries from domestic and international suppliers

**Skills**
- Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong clerical and administrative skills, including familiarity with office procedures.
- Effective skills for customer interactions and support.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm to learn about interesting products, operations and working in a busy pick/pack environment

Pay: From £24,250.00 per year
