Job description

A fast-growing fashion jewellery & Accessories Company is offering a position for an experienced E-Commerce Assistant / Customer Relations, requires an individual who has the desire and passion to lead and inspire both a sales team and website development team to drive the sales forward, also has experience on ebay & amazon store management. The business started since 2011 and created two jewellery brands, supplying over 1000 retailers in the UK.

DUTIES

The role is to provide overall support and administration to our online and offline order, including wholesale & retail.

1. Customer Enquiries
- Liaising with Customers regarding the progress of orders.
- General customer order enquiries and returns.
- Using the business system to record information.

2. E-commerce management
- Keep up to date with the trends within the sector and increase the website's product portfolio in accordance with this.
- Be able to maintain online store.
- Continually monitor competition activity and pricing, familiar with ebay, amazon, etsy e-commerce marketplaces.
- Listing items onto marketplaces and maintain store performance.
- Coordinate marketing for all online marketplaces

3. Order and Invoice Processing
- Processing orders on the business systems within the agreed timescales.
- Setting up new customer accounts.
- Liaising with accounts regarding credit and customers on hold.
- Managing customer returns alongside the Quality Assurance team.
- Liaise with Suppliers with regard to quotations and delivery times.
- Liaise with Veolia Transport.

Other duties include: general administration, covering the telephones, supporting other departments as required.

QUALIFICATION
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience of having worked as an Order Processor, Administrator, Customer Service or similar role.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written, with the versatility to communicate at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
- Passionate about providing a first class service to our customers.
- Demonstrable experience of having built strong working relationships both internally and externally.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Experience / Knowledge in marketing & fashion preferred.
- Good organisational skills with an eye for detail and the able to priorities workload and manage multiple tasks.
