Our client are based in Maidenhead and are looking to pay £18,000 - £22,000 which is an excellent starting salary.

The Role:
To work under the supervision of the Engineering to fully learn & understand Microsoft Teams Room devices, how to set them up, update them and troubleshoot them.

**Duties**:
Work with Microsoft powered devices
Manage updates prior to installation on customer sites, work with our wider team to become the company point of contact for trouble shooting and issues
Work with Support, Engineering and PM to update all kit on order
Update relevant paperwork and ConnectWise internal system
Become champion for Teams issues and MTR faults
Liaise with manufacturers and brands to build relationships
Maintain technical standards and skill set
Proactively drive the returns and test process

Essential:
Inquisitive and a strong self-learner with an interest in communication, collaboration & AV.
Hands on interest in computers and software.
Highly driven person with determination to compete effectively against skilled competition.
Good attention to detail
Proactive attitude
Good numeracy and written skills
Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise workload effectively
Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Good time keeping
Work cohesively with members of the engineering, warehouse, sales and support teams and develop close relationships with our manufacturer partners.
Desirable:
AS or A’level Information Technology - IT skills in Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Exchange, Network management, Windows 10, even better.
