Sales Opportunity(commission based)- NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED | FULL TRAINING PROVIDED:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Slough In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while promoting our products and services. Your ability to build rapport with clients and address their needs will be crucial in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

  • Engage with customers through face to face residential campaigns to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Promote and sell our products and services effectively, ensuring customers are well-informed about features and benefits.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Commute to our office based in Slough on a daily basis

Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred but not essential; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, demonstrating patience and resilience when addressing customer concerns.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and customer management is advantageous.
