**Job Overview**:
This role will assist the Communications & Marketing Executive in all aspects of the communications and marketing strategy.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Support the Communications & Marketing Executive with delivering marketing strategy.
- Support the production of Group marketing materials.
- Coordinate content for the company website and social media platforms.
- Help to collate content for a quarterly company newsletter.
- Help to organise internal and external events and activities.
- Help to maintain the company’s internal Sharepoint page.
- Help to develop employee engagement campaigns and materials.
- Liaise with 3rd party agencies and providers.
- Manage administrative activities for the communications and marketing function.

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Qualification in Marketing, Advertising or a related field is essential.
- Experience of working in a communications or marketing role.
- Strong understanding of visuals, design and brand.
- Experience of maintaining a CMS website.
- Experience of social media and analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organised and detail oriented and able to manage a varied workload.
- Works well in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident liaising with colleagues at all levels.
- Excellent organisational and problem solving skills.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office 365 and Sharepoint.
- Confident using Adobe tools - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
- Video editing capability would be an advantage.
- Other activities that may be required to support a busy marketing and communications function.
- Enthusiastic and keen to learn and develop.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
