Service Office Administrator

**Main Job Role**
The Client Service Support Team is responsible for providing day-to-day support to the Service Department, including Client and Engineer Liaison, online office systems and general office duties.
We are looking for an experienced office administrator to join our support team to focus on reactive works and call outs that come in from clients.
**Main Responsibilities and Duties**
- Answering calls from clients and keeping them updated on ETAs
- Raising and scheduling jobs on our bespoke system and client portals
- Arranging engineers and subcontractors to attend works
- Raising purchase orders
- Ensuring KPIs are met
- Maintaining information on client portals
- General Office duties such as answering telephone calls from clients, suppliers and engineers, helping to cover team members during absences and assisting others with workload
**Person Specification**
The Client Service Support is able to prioritise and manage work effectively, whilst being eager to develop new skills and motivated to work without supervision.
**Essential Experience and Skills**
- Good organisational skills
- Computer literate, proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written as you will be working with both colleagues and clients
- Good accuracy and attention to detail
- Customer Service Experience
- Previous office experience
- Can work well in a team
**Education**
Good standard of basic education, including English and Maths
**Desirable Experience and Skills**
Experience in a similar role; delivering high quality customer service to clients.
