Do you thrive on providing a first-class Customer Service? Can you manage your own workloads to ensure orders and booked, fully managed from start to finish and delivered on time?

Our client has a rare exciting and demanding role that will give you a unique chance to play a key role in a busy team, supporting the Customer Division and Order Processing/completing all relevant administration with accuracy. Training will be providedon the product and procedures, you just need the enthusiasm and Customer skills
- **Key elements of the role**:_
- Acting as a customer's internal point of contact, ensuring customers' requirements are met and all orders are dealt with efficiently.
- Liaising with planning and production teams to negotiate production and delivery dates. Issuing critical path dates to the customer and ensuring any changes are communicated.
- Dealing with both new projects and repeat orders for the customer from beginning to end.
- Supporting both External Sales and External Account Managers with their internal admin.
- Liaising with the QA team on any problems arising from the customer, ensuring that the customer is kept informed on any investigations for quality issues.
- Communicating and updating progress with external Sales Manager/s on a daily basis.

- Customer-focused and relevant Customer Service skills within a busy envrironment
- Able to deal with people at all levels both within and outside the Company
- Works well with colleagues and is keen to be part of a team
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritise own workload
- Able to work to tight deadlines and make decisions under pressure
- Self-motivated
