**Role Overview**:
**Thirteen Group** is on the lookout for a** **Home Ownership Advisor to join our Governance team. We have ambitious plans to grow our affordable homes programmes and we’re anticipating an increase in the number of shared ownership new build sales. This is an exciting opportunity to assist our customers with the purchase of their homes through various schemes, including shared ownership resales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Dealing with a caseload of home ownership products, such as staircasing, final staircasing, stock disposals, assignments of leasehold interest and sales of parcels of land.
- Guiding customers through their home sale to ensure the process runs efficiently and smoothly.
- Manage leasehold enquiries from customers who want to sell their shared ownership properties. We’re at the implementation stage of exciting new delivery products in the new Shared Ownership Model. You’ll have a key role in bringing the new administration programme to life.**About You**:

- Experience in the sale of homes through right to buy and right to acquire.
- Working knowledge of statutory sales processes and compliance, as well as property sales legal processes.
- Skills in negotiating and influencing to deal with a range of customers, colleagues and external partners. A sound knowledge of freehold property and leasehold sales would be advantageous.**Why Thirteen Group?**
