The London Heathrow Marriott Hotel is currently recruiting for a **full-time Event Executive **to start as soon as possible.

**What you will do**
- Take responsibility for all enquiries and bookings.
- Act as one point of contact for the client and to provide a smooth and efficient service to the client at all stages of the booking process including site visits
- Maximise all opportunities to sell the hotel facilities and ensure that every effort is made to convert enquiries through proposal and negotiation to achieve targets.
- Ensure that all administrative processes and system standards are constantly adhered to. Moreover that all enquiries are accurately entered into company systems in line with set standards and that company policy on credit checking and payment procedures is adhered to.
- Work with other properties to keep business within Marriott through effective cross-selling and referral process at enquiry and post event stage.
- To ensure that all guest requirements are recorded accurately and to enable clear communication with the Operational Teams.

- Organised and great planning skills
- Previous hotel events experience is a big plus (but not essential)

**Schedule Pattern**

This role is office based, with three different shift patterns:
Mon-Fri 08:00am to 4:30pm

Mon-Fri 9:00am to 5:30pm

Mon-Fri 9:30am to 6:00pm

This role requires compliance with quality assurance expectations and standards. You may be required to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
