We are based in the North-East of England and manufacture Exterior Solutions (films for the finishing of window profiles and other exterior building components) and Interior Surfaces (films for the finishing of furniture surfaces and interior spaces).

**BUSINESS MANAGEMENT DEGREE APPRENTICE (starting September 2026)**

**THE ROLE**

The Degree Apprentice will be provided the opportunity to work in all key business areas by rotating across various departments, including Production Management, Quality, Sustainability, HR, Finance and Commercial departments to gain valuable experience and detailed knowledge across the business. The role involves working within each team to support their day-to-day tasks and meet departmental objectives as well as ongoing and upcoming projects to aid the business.

Alongside this, the apprentice will work towards achieving a Business Leadership and Management degree and a CMI Level 5 Diploma. This is done through Northumbria University Business School, one day per week.

**YOUR TASKS**
- Gain knowledge of end-to-end business processes within a range of business departments
- Manage and develop internal campaigns across the business
- Analyse data and generate statistical information to identify trends and patterns
- Translate technical data to simple language and give recommendations and conclusions to stakeholders across the business areas
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational excellence strategies and roadmaps in alignment with organizational goals, ensuring integration with business processes and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for cost reduction, proposing innovative solutions to address these issues.
- Assist with the research and implementation of new technologies or methodologies that can further enhance operational efficiency, staying ahead of industry trends and competitive benchmarks
- Assist in the documentation and updating of processes and procedures to ensure they reflect current best practices and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Ad-hoc projects and activities across varying departments within the business.
