We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our organisation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering employer partnerships, and driving revenue growth. in the financial service sector

The ideal applicant will possess experience in employer engagement, use of CRM software such as HubSpot, enabling effective tracking of leads and client interactions. A proactive attitude, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this position.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the organisation's market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, demonstrating the organisation's value proposition.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Utilise CRM software such as HubSpot to manage sales pipelines, track interactions, and analyse data for continuous improvement.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to represent the organisation professionally and generate new leads.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or threats.
Experience
- Proven track record in business development or sales roles, preferably within a similar industry., ideally recruitment and or Apprenticeships recruitment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop strategic plans based on market analysis and organisational goals.
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Organised with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Previous experience working independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment is highly desirable. Pay: £28,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
