**Morrison Water Services** are looking for a Planner / Scheduler to work on Yorkshire Water contract.

You will be working as part of a dynamic, structured and multiskilled team within a fast-paced environment. Daily duties within this job role will include ensuring health and safety measures are adhered to when planning in works. Booking appointments with customers for plumbers to install water meters. Ensuring all relevant checks are made before sending a plumber to a customer’s property (e.g. Pets). Contacting customers daily for updates on any works they are affected by using the company CRM system (ICE)

You will also be responsible for liaising with both Morrison Water Services plumbers and Yorkshire Water field technicians. Ensure good time management so that all customer commitments are made. Planning in works within strict time frames. Working with numerous computer systems. Ensuring NHH process is followed in line with Yorkshire Water process.

**Skills & Knowledge Requirement**

Do you have excellent communication skills both verbal and written?

Are you able to work under pressure and to strict time limits?

An effective time manager to meet stringent timescales

Able to demonstrate drive and ambition to deliver ‘World Class' Customer Service.

Can you demonstrate an awareness of the business procedures?

Ability to act calmly and rationally in a stressful environment

Flexibility to support the business needs
