**As a Planner your duties & responsibilities will include**:
- Ensure all Appointment are met
- All team have a full day’s work
- High Quality Customer Service is delivered and management of the Customers
- All information is feedback to the client
- Working with a team to deliver the work baskets
- Coaching and developing in the team to ensure they are delivering the work basket
- Working closely with Yorkshire Water to help build good relations to improve Customer Service - Supporting the Team Leader and the wider business to ensure Every Customer Counts strategy is embedded within day-to-day management of customers
**Skills & Knowledge Requirements**
