This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic **Test Lead** to join a growing **Agile** development Team to ensure all developments are effectively tested and managed prior to release.

You will be joining a team in the final stages of delivering Phase 1 of a much larger business transition project so you will need to be proactive, enjoy a challenge and can quickly learn on the job.

We are looking for a good team player with attention to detail and excellent analytical and organisational skills who can multi-task and work to tight deadlines to ensure that testing is delivered on time and to a high quality on a consistent basis.

This will include dynamic or exploratory testing in scenarios where detailed documentation is not available.

You will also act as the point of contact for an external testing team who we work closely with. Part of your role will involve guiding their testing efforts and enabling their continued testing of our developments, **so experience of leading a team is a huge advantage**.

This work often includes demoing new releases to the team and answering queries about internal requirements or business rules.

**Responsibilities/Experience**
- Testing within an agile development, dynamically picking up and assigning testing tasks based on weekly sprints.
- Ownership over full defect journey, raising and managing defects on Jira from discovery to resolution.
- Taking part in requirements reviews and performing static testing to highlight defects before runtime operation.
- Writing unit, system and integration tests for a range of frontend and backend developments.
- Managing and maintaining test scripts on Test Rail or other similar Test Management tools.
- ** Managing a team of external testers**, assigning work, and demoing new development releases.
- Triaging and reviewing defects raised by other stakeholders within the development process.
- Responsible for regression testing after each deployment to ensure continued Quality across all work products.
- Leading UAT testing workshops for individuals across different operations within the Business.
- ** Testing APIs with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger.**:

- Comfortable completing dynamic and ad hoc testing in scenarios with limited documentation.
- Completing performance and load testing using JMeter or other similar solutions.
- ** Testing frontend developments across mobile and desktop configurations**.
- Experience working with complex business rules.
- Experience working with **Lambda test or similar cross browser/device testing solutions**.
- Experience of automation such as **Selenium of Cyrpess.io an advantage.**:

- Knowledge of trading terminology or experience testing trading platforms useful but not essential.
- Experience testing within a Microsoft Dynamics environment definite advantage.
- Experience testing ecommerce solutions across mobile and desktop environments essential.
- ISTQB Foundation Certification desirable.
