SR2 are partnered with a Global Consultancy who are looking for both a Test Lead and a Test Analyst to support on a 6 month contract for a secure, government based end client.
For this role, you **MUST** have **ACTIVE SC** clearance that has not lapsed.
The contract:

- Test Lead or Test Analyst
- Secure Government end client
- 6 months
- £450-£475pd
- Remote (some travel onsite to London will be required)

You'll be supporting as a Test Lead to:

- Create and define a test strategy
- Create test plans & closure reports
- Define test scope & identify create test cases
- Be able to triage and manage defects and other issues
- Manage teams which might include testers & non testers

You'll need to have:

- **ACTIVE**SC clearance
- Strong client facing skills, with the ability to understand their key drivers
- Understanding of and ability to maintain testing artefacts, and to report on testing progress.
- A self-starter attitude and be a flexible team player with good leadership & interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail & can work on own initiative
- Excellent communication skills at all levels with strong negotiation and conflict management skills, with the ability to influence others
- Excellent analytical problem solving skills involving process improvement
