Job description:
We are currently recruiting for permanent, full-time Shunters to join us at our ASOS site, in Barnsley. You’ll be working 40.25 hours a week on 4 on 4 off shift pattern on either 06:00-18:00 or 18:00-06:00.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Directing vehicles to the correct bays and making sure they are safe for tipping
- Ensuring health and safety requirements are met to a sufficient standard
- Collecting and processing paperwork efficiently
- Checking all containers are chocked, sized and pallets are in front of the containers daily
- Moving trailers in the yard using Shunt and road units
- Act as POC for internal and external drivers

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- A full UK driving licence with C + E entitlement
- FLT Counterbalance needed
- Prior experience would be advantageous
- Good communication skills
- Capability to take leadership and ownership
- Up to date Digital Tachograph
- In date Driver Qualification Card (CPC)
