**Service Account Coordinator
- Wellingborough**

**Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression**, the leading **Ansul** distributor in the UK, are looking to appoint an additional **Service Account Coordinator** to strengthen their team during a significant period of growth resulting from both an extremely loyal customer base, as well as winning major new contracts throughout the UK.

You will be tasked with the assistance of setting up and execution of servicing works for Key Account customers. The role will include
- Implementing and organizing jobs
- Liaising with clients and the admin team to ensure timescales and deadlines are met.
- Raising purchase orders
- Stock adjustments
- Arranging engineer visits
- Issuing documentation for clients site access
- Data entry to our CRM system and customer portals
- Invoicing
- Service administration

**Required Key Skills**
- Good Customer Services Skills
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol.
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
- Highly organized with ability to use initiative to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- General office experience.
