Technical Delivery Lead

The Technology Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing technology milestones, dependencies, and implementation of projects in EMEA. The successful candidate will be able to leverage their regulatory & change environment delivery expertise acrossa wide range of Risk & Finance initiatives. The candidate should have experience in technology delivery ideally including the implementation of third-party and cloud-hosted solutions. The position will form part of a UK based team working with the global technologyteam, largely based in the US. The candidate will be expected to serve as a conduit between the local change managers and the global technology teams. Key part of the role will be to work with vendors to ensure smooth and timely integration of third partysolutions. The candidate will be required to ensure that the project complies with all company policies regarding the management of third-party solutions and the application lifecycle. The candidate should have experience working in an agile environment andhave excellent business analysis, communication, and organisational skills. The role will require strategic design and mapping of business requirements and solutions to system/technical requirements. Contribute to the overall project plan, financials and risksby working with the change managers and technology teams to ensure milestones, forecasts and risks are accurately managed. Support in the definition of Business Requirements and translation of these into more detailed technical requirements for use by thetechnology teams where required. Manage dependencies between the technology teams and vendors for each milestone on the critical path. Liaise with the third-party vendors to plan development, testing and releases and to raise and track issues. Data Mapping.Manage risks across the project ensuring they are addressed with clear ownership and resolution dates.Complete the technology processes on projects working with Architecture, Operational Risk, Information Security, Infrastructure, Supply Chain and other teamsto ensure that all validation steps are complete for production deployment. Assist with the definition of the post-implementation support and operating model and ensure a smooth transition into BAU for each product as it is deployed. Technology backgroundwith a good understanding of the software development lifecycle and execution models (esp. Agile). Experience of planning and coordinating technology delivery working closely with development teams. Experience of working on regulatory-driven projects. Experienceof working with third-party vendors. Experience of building strong stakeholder relationships. Experience of implementing a cloud-hosted solution. Strong technical business analysis skills. Strong data analysis skills and experience. Strong understanding oftreasury and payments products. Ability to work across multiple initiatives in parallel and prioritise own workload.
