ZR Consultants are looking for Technical Delivery specialists with significant experience to join the ZR Consultants Team.

**Key Responsibilities / Activities**
- Lead the team to build and deliver a complex software product leveraging advanced analytics within an Agile project environment.
- Be accountable for the technical solution to dependent workstreams, including Deployment & Adoption, Operations, ITS & Security.
- Advocate for technical innovation within the team and the wider organisation, ensuring our clients’ services remain cutting edge.
- Accountable for delivery to quality, time and budget requirements
- Work with the Product Owner and Deployment & Adoption teams to develop and implement the service management lifecycle process.
- Collaborate across our clients’ business to ensure the right resources and skills are provided to enable successful solution delivery.
- Ensure risks and opportunities are managed effectively.
- Mentor technical leads in the team and ensure they in turn guide junior technical staff to aid their development.

**Qualifications / Skills**
- A track record managing the delivery of technology solutions, including hardware & software integration
- Rounded, full life cycle experience from requirements and design through to testing, deployment, and through-life support, with experience of managing suppliers when needed.
- Proven experience of Agile team management - balancing resource demands and constraints
- A depth of knowledge in all or some of the following:

- Data science, data engineering and data modelling.
- Microsoft Stack (Azure), cloud architecture, UML, SOA, microservices.
- Systems engineering methods and approaches.
- Management of Intellectual Property.
- You will require SC Clearance, or be willing to undertake SC clearance, for this role
- You will also be required to have a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check carried out

**Salary**: £450.00-£550.00 per day
