**Job Profile**:
Technical delivery lead in software engineering plays a vital role in the whole of the Trading and Supply portfolio, supporting activity across IT and technology customer and overall digital trading strategy. Working closely with algorithmic execution team,the role will have overall responsibility for performance of development team members and the quality of the outputs of their work. The individual is responsible for the delivery of software, which may include new development, configuration and installationof third-party packages, and software integration efforts. It may include tasks from every part of the software development life cycle, including development, programming, and software deployment (both the installation and decommissioning of software). [UniqueCharacteristics of the Posting] This role is to work in downstream exchange project as a technical lead to manage and run one of the leading software development initiatives in trading and supply.

**Skills & Requirements**:
Specific Software Skills are:

- C++
- C#
- .Net
- API integration
- Typical Years of Experience: 7 to 10 years in IT with some IT leadership experience
- Minimum Education or Certification: 4-year Degree related to IT
- Extensive background in development and delivering complex projects throughout the lifecycle.
- Strong practical knowledge around agile ways of working and understanding of Agile methodologies
- Ability to optimize the delivery flow of teams, actively addressing the most complicated risks, issues and dependencies including where ownership exists outside the team or no clear ownership exists
- Able to challenge developers on quality of their codes and logic behind each feature
- Familiar with ADO and GitHub release process and pipeline
- Experience of managing software development projects
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Architecture
- Able to articulate the highlight the technical risks and challenges and co-ordinate with multiple teams to mitigate such risks [Unique Skills & Requirements of the Posting]
- High competency in C++ language
- Proven experience and technical leadership of managing development teams
