**Responsibilities**

- Answer and direct phone calls using appropriate phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents.
- Assist with clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Support the finance team with basic tasks.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.

**Skills**
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephones.
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not mandatory.
